Service Level Agreement
Our Service Level Agreements are specifically created to meet the need of your company, either with regular onsite visits or with an on demand response. You will be assigned a dedicated support engineer as a single point of contact who will perform regular maintenance checks and answer any calls or issues you log.
Our standard pricing is based per Computers:
1 – 10
11 – 20
21 – above
Additionally Servers and Networks are more complex and are treated as seperate additions and priced accordingly.
Non contract customers are charged per hourly rates during normal office working hours.
